Відродження сакральної архітектури в часи незалежної України

Abstract

Обґрунтовано основні тенденції і концептуальні характеристики розвитку сучасного храмового будівництва в Тернопільській області та його роль у розвитку української храмової архітектури. Обгрунтовано доцільність реконструкції існуючих та розбудови нових церков як важливого поступу в українській архітектурі початку 90-х років ХХ століття.

The main trends and conceptual characteristics of a sacral construction in contemporary church building in Ternopil region have been described and its contribution to the development of religious architecture in Ukrainian have been determined. The design of new, reconstruction and extension of the existing churches has been considered such an important step in Ukraine’s architecture of the early 90’s of the XX century. Church building as a special and significant part of the architectural activity is restored after a 70-year break.In the early 90’s of the twentieth century, there was a need to eliminate the deficit of religious buildings. This led to the development of sacred construction.
