Інформаційні війни і політичні технології: прикладні взаємовпливи у політичній журналістиці

Abstract

У статті висвітлено сутність інформаційних війн як інструмента політичних технологій, особливо щодо регулювання електоральної поведінки. Показано взаємодію інформаційних воєн і політичних технологій з політичними ідеологіями як системою поглядів, що віддзеркалюють політичні та соціальні інтереси. Визначено, що саме політична культура суспільства є головним об’єктом інформаційних воєн і політичних технологій. З’ясовано зміст і функціональну роль політичного маніпулювання. Досліджено, як політична система впливає на людину, мотивуючи її через політичну свідомість до дій, бажаних для цієї системи. Визначено мішені й інструменти інформаційної маніпуляції. Доведено значення інформаційних маніпуляцій для розвитку представницької демократії.

В статье рассмотрена сущность информационных войн как инструмента политических технологий. Проанализировано содержание и функциональную роль политического манипулирования. Показано значение информационных манипуляций для развития представительской демократии.

The article analyses the phenomenon of information war as instrument the political technology. Special attention is paid to its content and the functional role of political manipulation. The paper describes a study of the influence the information manipulation for development of electoral democracy. Principles of journalist activity and informational use of political technologies intersects. This tendency appears during election campaigns when systematic political manipulation is carried out in order to secure competitive advantages in the political market. In both variants high quality preparing of documental information should be based accounting principles editional verification with use of independent sourses, critical attitude to the reliability of the information which containes in the documents comparison of data provided by various documents distinguishing between conscious and unconscious mistakes and their impact on the quality of information provided. All this aspects need big job and preparation of journalist and political technologist. Representatives both of this jobs influenced on political consciousness and political culture. Traditional journalist standarts based on pleasure the information needs of the audience by providing high quality information. The motivation of human activity in the post-industrial era is based on social solidarity cooperation regulating the existence of society. Exactly against those values information wars and dirty political technologies are mostly directed.
